Terms of Service

BetLocked is a sports market research and analysis tool. It brings together sportsbook odds, line movement, injury and availability information, statistical models, and prediction market data to help you read the market. BetLocked is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, and does not hold your money.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for sports wagering or prediction market activity in your location if that is higher, to use BetLocked. You are responsible for making sure your use of the service and of any third-party betting or trading platform is lawful where you live.

Everything in BetLocked, including picks, leans, edges, probabilities, confidence levels, parlays, VIP and free plays, and answers from Ask BetLocked, is provided for information and entertainment purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, or betting advice.

Models are estimates built from imperfect data. Odds move, lineups change, and data can be late, incomplete, or wrong. No outcome is guaranteed, and past results do not predict future results. Always verify a line and price with your sportsbook or platform before you act.

Betting and trading involve real risk, and you can lose money. You alone decide whether to act on anything you see in BetLocked and you accept all resulting gains and losses. Only risk what you can afford to lose. If gambling is causing you harm, please seek help from a responsible gambling service in your area.

BetLocked links to third-party sportsbooks and connects to third-party services such as Polymarket and Discord. We do not control these services, and their own terms apply to your use of them. Odds and availability shown in BetLocked may differ from what a sportsbook offers at the time you bet.

If you connect a trading account or turn on automated features such as the AI trader, auto cash-out, or copy trading, you authorize BetLocked to place and manage orders on your behalf within the limits you set. You are responsible for those settings and for all orders placed under them. Automated features can fail, lag, or execute at unfavorable prices, and you should monitor them. You can pause or disconnect them at any time.

You are responsible for keeping your login and any connected credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Give us accurate information and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

Do not misuse BetLocked. This includes scraping or copying our data at scale, reselling or redistributing our picks or analysis without permission, attempting to break or bypass security or access limits, interfering with the service, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

Some content, such as VIP plays, may be limited to certain membership levels. BetLocked does not currently charge for subscriptions. If paid plans are introduced, additional subscription terms will be presented and must be accepted at checkout.

BetLocked, its models, analysis, design, and content belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your own research. Team names, logos, and data from third parties belong to their respective owners.

We rely on outside data providers and may change, pause, or remove features at any time. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data is accurate or current.

BetLocked is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetLocked and its owners are not liable for any losses, including lost wagers, trading losses, or lost profits, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its content.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change we will update the version number and may ask you to accept the new version before you continue. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
