Account information: your email address and a password, or your Google account details if you sign in with Google.

Consent records: when you accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy we record the document versions, the time, and your IP address as proof of consent.

Activity and preferences: your saved picks and slips, watchlist, preferred sportsbook, alerts, auto-trading and cash-out settings, and your questions to Ask BetLocked.

Connected services: if you connect Polymarket, we store the credentials needed to view your account and place orders you or your settings authorize. If you connect Discord, we receive basic profile and server information.

Uploads: if you upload a bet screenshot, we process it to extract the bet details.

Technical data: basic device, browser, and usage information used to run and secure the service.

To create and secure your account, provide the features you use, personalize the app, place and manage orders you authorize, send alerts you request, keep records of your consent, prevent abuse and fraud, and improve BetLocked.

We use trusted providers to run the app, including hosting, authentication, and AI processing. We also pull sports data from third-party sources such as sportsbook odds feeds and sports statistics providers. These providers receive only what they need to perform their service, and your personal account details are not sent to sports data sources.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers acting for us, with services you choose to connect (for example, sending an order to Polymarket), when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of BetLocked and its users.

Credentials you provide for connected trading accounts are used only to carry out actions you request or authorize. You can disconnect an account at any time, and deleting your account removes your stored credentials and data as described below.

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can delete your account from your settings, which removes your account and related personal data. We may keep limited records where required by law or to resolve disputes, including consent records.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password.

You can review and update your preferences in the app, disconnect integrations, and delete your account. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us to make a request.

BetLocked is intended for adults of legal wagering age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make a material change we will update the version number and may ask you to acknowledge it again.
